Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026
These terms govern use of Social Awesome (https://social.lumberiq.com), provided by SG Technology LLC dba LumberIQ (“LumberIQ,” “we”). By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Social Awesome for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
The service
Social Awesome helps businesses organize media, prepare and approve social posts, and publish them to social accounts they connect. Access is by invitation; accounts are created by us or by an owner of a business's workspace.
Your account
- Keep your password and authenticator private, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
- Workspace owners decide who has access to their workspace and with what role.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process, resize, and transmit it as needed to run the service, including publishing it to the accounts you choose. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and publish, including permission from people shown in it.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social account, you authorize Social Awesome to act on it as you direct. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a platform's actions, outages, or changes, including content it removes or accounts it restricts.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harassing content, or spam.
- Do not try to access another workspace's data, get around security controls, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service in a way that breaks a connected platform's rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Social Awesome running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. Scheduled posts depend on the platforms accepting them and may occasionally fail or be delayed; the app records any failure so it can be retried.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LumberIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if nothing was paid.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or to protect the service or its users. See Data deletion for removing data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
