Data Deletion

Effective October 22, 2026

You can remove the data Social Awesome holds about you or your connected accounts in any of these ways.

Disconnect a social account

In Social Awesome, open the tenant, go to Channels, and choose Disconnect on the account. Its access tokens are deleted immediately and nothing more is posted to it.
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Social Awesome, and choose Remove. On Instagram the same option is under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
LinkedIn, Google, X, and Pinterest each list connected apps in their own privacy or security settings, where access can be removed.

Ask us to delete your data

Email steve@novausawood.com from the address on your account, or tell us which social account you connected. We will confirm the request and, within 30 days, delete:

your user account, sign-in records, and remembered devices;
tokens and identifiers for social accounts you connected;
suggestions and screenshots you submitted;
log entries that identify you, apart from records we must keep for security or by law.

Photos, posts, and other content added to a business's library belong to that business. They are removed when the business deletes them or asks us to close its tenant.
